Show Notes

I think it's pretty safe to say that most of us do it at some stage (or many stages)in our life  - self sabotage. We know we should be eating better, drinking less, facing whatever it is that is holding us back - but then we bury it or make excuses, or do the exact opposite of what we should be doing, right?

This is how my guest today, Bo Bissett, describes it: I spent the first four decades of my life punishing, mutilating, demeaning, and destroying myself. Somewhere along the line, I realized those daily practices only made things worse, and despite my wishes to not move forward, I found my way. That's when I stopped trying to bury myself and, instead, started lifting

Through his own experiences Bo found a way and now helps others find the subconscious self-sabotaging behaviors they are repeating that are keep them from living their potential through his programme Amo Ni. It can help you crush addiction, heal relationships, learn self-love, build confidence, and move into your true purpose.

In this episode, you will learn the following:

  • What self sabotage looks like
  • That pain is inevitable, though holding onto it is a choice
  • How self-awareness can be the golden ticket to the best ride of your life
  • When you are ready change can happen in an instant

Quote:

"From the time that we're born until whatever your age you are right now that we, we just shut off our voice. We shut off our inner voice, that intuition, you know, we just don't listen to ourselves ." ~ Bo Bissett
