Show Notes

What is it like for a family to be out-of-the-blue informed that their child has taken their life? In this episode, I speak to an incredible mum, Laura, who shares her courageous story of moving forward after she lost her 20-year-old daughter in July 2019. Her love for her daughter clearly shines through as does her grace and compassion.

You don’t want to miss:

  • How she has overcome the guilt
  • How she navigated telling her three other children
  • Her thoughts on the stigma around suicide

PLUS, she shares the poem she wrote shortly after Gemma's passing -  'Breathe, mommy, breathe' and more.
