Show Notes

At 28 most of us are thinking marriage, a home, perhaps children… for Rachel Engstrom it was about surviving the journey with her husband through leukemia, then loss. At 31 she was having to reboot her life without a map to show her the way. She never would have thought she would go from a widow alone in her house, crying, jobless husbandless, childless, to excited to talking on podcasts and being an advocate to say 'you're going to be okay'.

You don’t want to miss:

  • How to navigate the various stages when severe illness catches you unawares
  • How keeping a positive mindset can get you through
  • Why it's okay to take time out for YOU

PLUS, how getting through massive loss helped Rachel get through her own major health issues!
